I'm not sure you can use a iMac as a display for a pc, but I know that you can use an iMac as a display for other macs using thunderbolt

 

But, as the 21" iMac is 1080p and the 27" is 1440p, you'd pay less for a real monitor

So my cousin is looking to sell his iMac and im very tempted, it has two thunderbolt on the rear and im woundering if it is possible to run my computer through it in target display mode, my GFX card in my pc has a DisplayPort HDMI and two DVIs

not it is not possible

those are display outputs

you cannot repurpose an iMac as a monitor, sadly
