Best budget PSU?

As the title says,

 

My VRM keeps overheating for some reason, And I think the PSU or the motherboard is the cause.

I really don't want to pay more than 60 euro's for a PSU. I was thinking about this one: http://www.processorstore.nl/product/209619/category-212197/corsair-builder-cx430.html

Is this a good PSU?

It's a good PSU depending on what it's powering. What are your specs.

CPU: AMD FX-6300

GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 750TI

Motherboard: MSI 760GM-P23(FX)

a non branded HDD & SSD.

A Sound Card.

Currently I have a 420 Watt PSU

Thanks on the quick reply's. But is my VRM overheating problem really the PSU's fault? I actually wanted to buy a new case with 3 fans and see if that helps.

What do you think is the best bet? Buying new fans or a new PSU?

Since buying a new PSU is 20 euros more expensive.

If your motherboard VRMs are overheating then try replacing the motherboard yo.

Replacing the motherboard costs me (I also want a new case) around 160.

Getting new fans + case costs me just under 100.

Well one is much more likely to solve the problem then the other so that point is kind of moot...

I asked on another forum, and he said that I should replace my PSU,

You can try both, I think it's your board though.
