More fans for my new case

Dear LTT community,

I have a MSI 760GM-P23(FX) motherboard (AM3+) with a AMD FX-6300.

I've run into some problems with my CPU spiking up to (as HWINFO64 says) 200 C.

I asked on some forums and found out that my motherboard VRM's are overheating.

Now I think I have 2 options:

1) Buy a new Motherboard.

( I wanted to buy a MSI 970 GAMING http://www.processorstore.nl/product/667349/msi-970-gaming.html )

2) More case fans

( I'm going to buy this case http://www.processorstore.nl/product/451871/category-212273/corsair-carbide-spec-01-red-led.html which already comes with one case fan. Now My idea was to put 2 more case fans on the roof of the case. My idea was to buy 2 of these since it matches my case https://www.bol.com/nl/p/corsair-af120/9200000020463183/ )

The second option suits me better, since I save over 50 euros.

I have a 420 watt no brand PSU. Can it handle the new fans? and does anyone have more suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

No, It's just false info. My CPU isn't fried, it barely even hit 70C. Also, Don't AMD CPU's shut the PC down when the CPU hit's 100C?

I actually want red LED fans since my case is red.

Corsair fans are probably your best bet then if you want LED ones, idk how quiet they are going to be though...

Yea that's why i was confused on the temp. Don't know what temp AMD does it at but my i7 6700k thermal throttles at 100-105c, I'm guessing AMD does the same.

On a budget I can recommend the 120/140mm BitFenix Spectre PWMs (Non-'pro'). They come in a range of colors including red, and run quietly enough for me at 35-60% most of the time. The light up well but the light is mostly focused on the curved radial support arms, with only some diffusion. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Computers-BitFenix-BFF-BLF-P12025R-RP-Spectre-120mm-Black/dp/B00A54KXJE/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1459191180&sr=8-4&keywords=bitfenix+spectre+red
