Damaged 6700k?

So a long time ago I was cleaning out my PC and when I turned it back on my ASUS board went into surge protection mode. It said my CPU voltage was really high. I tried updating the bios and resetting the CMOS but still nothing. Now I have a Gigabyte Z170X and it works fine but my volts are still high but not extreme. The volts stay around 1.31 when it used to stay around 1.2 volts. There was no overclock or anything like that but now it seems like the CPU is voltage locked now. I've tried resetting mobo settings and the CMOS settings but still nothing.

CPU: i9-14900k

MOBO: Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX

RAM: 64GB G.Skill Ripjaws S5 @ 6000MHz

GPU: Gigabyte Gaming OC ICE 16GB 9070XT

STORAGE: Crucial 1TB NVME (Boot Drive) / 2TB Crucial NVME / 4TB 990 EVO Pro NVME SSD

CASE: Dimas Tech EasyBench V3.0

have you tried manually keying in a voltage and switching to static mode?

I tried manually keying it but never tried static mode
