Every time I turn on pc itll stay on for about 10 sec. I took out stock cpu and cpu and wiped all thermal paste off cpu bc I was supposed to get liquid cooling for easter I did took out all wires put back in cpu and the cooler didnt fit its making me mad I think the cpu is broke

Try reseating the cpu and put the stock cooler back on and see if it works.

Is it a home built system or bought? And what cpu is it that we are talking about?

Reseating the cpu as in pulling it out and putting it back in.

If everything worked before you took out the cpu

it is most likely that some cable or component is loose (power cables, ram, gpu etc),

the cpu cooler is installed incorrectly and flexes or shorts the motherboard or there is some other motherboard problem (defective, bios or cmos problems).

Its relatively unlikely that you killed the cpu.

Is the golden triangle alinged corectly?
