Ok lately i have noticed when i start a full screen application some times it opens up but the screen goes blank and the monitor its self puts up a message saying, Input not support. And i have to Alt+Tab out then back in for it to maybe work.

Also when i go to plug my racing wheel in to my 2nd USB 2.0 slot on the front of my case there's a weird electrical sound almost like a zap and this arvo when it happened my 2nd screen turned off and back on when t happened. But it doesn't seem to happen to other USB ports.

So yep thats pretty much all thats wrong atm :D

what application? i've had something similar where csgo wants to force 76hz which is out of range for my monitor

Any full screen application, i have 3 screens exactly the same and they run at 59Hz for some reason but with NV Surround enabled it happens, if i disable surround it doesn't happen. But so far it only seems to happen at random if i try to open 1920x1080 res application while surround is enabled. but doesn't happen ever time.
