Could you make a list on PC Part Picker so I could see the system wattage?

PCPP wattage calculations are unreliable .

Try this http://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator although i dont trust this one fully either much more percise calculation was within 20 watts of the actual power consumption of my machine

Your overall system, on a typical gaming load, will pull under 350W for sure -- at stock settings (no overclocks).

Overclocking both your CPU and GPU would probably bring it into the 400W ~ 430W range.

This estimation is calculated considering I own a system with an overclock i5-4690K myself, and readings were taken from a wall socket power meter (see my spoilers).

A decent quality 500W PSU should be sufficient, but a 520W or 550W is preferred -- to provide a bit of extra headroom (since a PSU is most efficient in the 20% ~ 80% load range).
