Help installing card cooler

Hey everyone, I just got my GTX 980ti Hybrid, but need some help with the radiator installation (never had a liquid cooling anything)

The main question I have is if there's a specific way in wich to fit the radiator.

Tubes on the upper part, lower part, on its side?

Can I set the radiator laying down to push air out of the case through the case floor fan opening?

Or is it the same on any way I put it?
