Headset for Brother

So right now my brother uses these $1 earphones from the dollar store. I was thinking of getting him a set of headphones since he is into gaming. Which one do you think is best? My budget is $20.

If you want cheap and good, look at grabbing a pair of Monoprice 8323 and a cheap mic. Otherwise, if you are stuck strictly between your 2 options, the Fatality would be better, but not by much....
