Well, im in an interesting predicament. I just sold my desktop, and after about a week of the person saying it worked great, he had troubles with it shutting off randomly during use. A freash copy of windows 10 was put on it, and i have a few theories. Could it be drivers? bios issues? or corrupt OS? i am currently having him run the bios and see if it still shuts down. If not would windows reinstall fix it? and how can he reset it if he cant get into windows before it shuts down? safe mode?

Well, from what i see, it seems more of a hardware problem rather than software, should run some diagnosis there.
