Product Key (solved)

Basically my computer is infected, I can't sign on in normal mode without having my computer take over, I can only sign on in safe mode. In safe mode you can't check the product key through clicking properties on the pc tab in the file section. I also can't download stuff from the web. So how could I find the product key from safe mode?

Thread moved to Windows.

 

If your PC is infected, try running Windows in "Safe Mode with Networking" and then downloading MalwareBytes and then running a scan with that.

what version of windows do you have?
