Very specific cooler

Hello,

So i'm looking for a cooler for a cpu i have . It has to :

-be less than 90mm high ( fit in a 2U case)

-fit lga 2011

-allow a TDP of  at least ~155w

-price isn't a concern as of now , but cheaper would be better

 

Also , it cannot be an AIO.

 

I've been looking at the dynatron r14 , but it seems loud and my cpu would be pushing it to the limit ( 150W limit )

 

Is there any other coolers any of you could recommend atm ?

 

Edit ; realised the r14 only fits narrow ILM on lga 2011 , so that's out .
