MPowered Worth It?

Are MSI MPowered boards for x99 worth the extra $100 compared to the Sli-Plus board? I plan to get a 5820K and want to overclock. I don't plan on extreme overclocking (LN2) so I can see where the MPower isn't worth it, but will I get an extra boost in water-cooled overclocking?

 

(Sorry mods and stuff. I know I posted something like this but I never got my question answered)

not for a 5820k, i might reccomned it for a 5960x tho
