Random Vibrating?!?!

Ok so this started like 2 days ago. I recently purchased a BLU Studio Energy 2 off Amazon and now it randomly decides to vibrate without there being any notifications/calls. Sometimes it just does it for like 3 seconds, then sometimes its does it for 15 seconds. Does anyone know what is causing this? It's getting rather annoying. Also, after it vibrates it says "HOME" underneath my cell service. So yeah, any ideas? If so please let me know :)
