Ok. So I'm trying to build a 5 R9 380x mining rig. I've updated the motherboards to the latest BIOS. I'm using a Pentium G4400, 4 GB of DDR4 RAM, 2 1000 watt EVGA (Gold Rated) PSUs, and a 250 GB crucial SSD. I've tried using both a H170 Pro Gaming from Asus, and a GA-Z170x-Gaming 3 from Gigabyte. If I have all the GPUs connected, most of the time the board will power on, but display nothing (the monitor stays in standby mode). I've even set the initial display to integrated graphics, but still if I have all 5 GPUs connected nothing will show up on the screen. I've verified that all the hardware works...
I'm using these USB Risers: http://www.amazon.com/Fixable-Adapter-Flexible-Extension-Connector/dp/B00IMYODGS?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00. I'm currently installing windows with one GPU plugged in, but I know I eventually will need to plug the rest of them in. 1, 2, 3, and 4 cards boot fine. 5... Nope. I've tried both boards. It's not a Windows issue... The motherboard just isn't working. Can someone help me?

try un pluging the usb risers and only have 1 r9 380x in and see if it boots.
