How do cameras scientifically take photos and videos? What is involved, I don't mind if it is detailed...

magical crystals that are copied onto the lens with photoplaxic rays which is then processed with orange juice in a dark room(most of this is a lie)o then once the lens is dry they press it on a piece of paper and... BLAMo!

black and white pictures are made with the photolisys of silverchloride, thats all i know.
