Windows 10 start screen help

I just did a clean install of windows 10 last night. I used to (before the new install) be able to go into the start screen (the full size start menu) and right click on a tile (app/program) and be able to run as admin, and likewise if I would search for something (say cmd) I could right click on the results and run as admin. I can no longer do anything of the sort. My account is the admin account for the PC, and I can run as admin from windows explorer, just not from the start screen nor can I shift click (from the start screen) to run as admin. I know it's not that big of an issue, it is just a convenience for me due to how I have things set up.

Theres an option that says "more" with an arrow. Run as admin is in there. If you dont see it there then if when you right click you see the program icon, right click that to see the run as admin option.

 

If neither of those work then Im not sure.

Yeah that is where it use to be, but now that option is no longer there. Thanks anyways for the advice.
