Small powerfull laptop

Okay guys I need to find a laptop that is 13.3-14 inch and is powerful enough to run auto cad with no problem. 
I want it to be an upgrade from my t420s so the cpu much score higher than the 5200u and 6200u does in benchmark, since it would be stupid to get a laptop with a cpu that has less or the same power as my current laptop. I also have a Quadro nvs 4000m in my t420s. The new laptop needs to more powerful than that combo for 3D work.

Is this for real? No laptop for let's say a max of 2000€ with a screen between 13.3-14 inch, can beat my 4 year old 2500€ laptop really good up.

Nope not for 3D work. When I do 3D work, that quadro really just kicks in an with my i7, they beat all the singel i7 with intel HD I have tried to put it up against (this was when the 5th gen was brand new).

+ I can't upgrade ram. I dont think 8GB is enough and the 16GB version cost about 2200€ in Denmark. And I have fixed to many xps 13 and 15 to trust them anymore.
