Please Help

Hello, I don't know if anyone could help or has heard of this issue. But my computer at random times freezes up and then the mouse starts to lag and then it starts to beep when ever I move it across the screen. I tried unplugging the mouse and plugging it back in but after that it doesn't turn back on. In order for me to fix this I have to hard reset my computer every time. I have a Razer mamba tournament edition. Any and all help would be appreciated, thank you!

Anything in the event logs that looks alarming?

More than likely this is not a mouse caused issue. (Unless it started immediately after you plugged in the mouse.)

 

Run your anti-virus scans. 

Run chkdsk /r on your hard drive

Check event logs

 

When your computer freezes does it happen while gaming? or even just simple tasks like web browsing or word processing?

I ran AV and nothing, chkdsk and nothing, nothing seemed odd or out of the ordinary(I also am not 100% sure what to look for)... But it happens randomly it does happen during games sometimes, its happened in RB6: siege before and payday 2. But then it also happened while I was just on google browsing newegg and amazon. it actually just happened now... I was playing RB6 Siege about an hour ago. And now I'm just browsing the internet. Ive tried different USB ports and the same thing is happening...

Again, this shouldn't be a mouse issue... with that being said, what happens when you use a different mouse?

I get the same thing... It wont let me click anything or do anything and the it just beeps when I move it or click anything

I dunno. Sounds like something is messed up with your OS. Good luck.
