Socket 771 mounting hardware

So I'm interested in doing the dirt cheap old Xeon build, and can't find a plate to mount the stock heatsinks. Found something on an old thread from another forum (http://arstechnica.com/civis/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=215963), but none of the links work. I think I found the Nocona plates as mentioned (http://www.itsimplify.com/Chenbro_84H332210-002_Chenbro_Nocona_CPU_mounting_plate_-). Can anyone confirm this plate?
