Never Settle Bundle Reloaded from NCIX

Hey, I recently bought a 7950 from NCIX on the 22nd of February. It's now the 26th as of writing this post, and still no email with a game code. Has anyone else experienced this as well? Does it normally take this long? Should I wait another day or two, or should I start a ticket now?
