I have:

Gigabyte gtx 970 G1 Gaming
Intel I5-4690K

HyperX Savage 2x4GB 1866MHz

NVIDIA driver: 364.51

All running on Windows 10 64 bit

In minecraft with shaders i have about 130 FPS, but often it drop to 20-30FPS
My render distance is set to 14, and I have optifine.

thats a bit unusual, ur specs would suggest it can support MC in high settings with no lag. maybe a driver error or a software error. try troubleshoot drivers and optifine.

I suck a typing, preparw for typos.
