Desktop not booting up

Hello guys can u help me solve my prob. pls.

What happening is my pc is not starting, only it's fans are running and everything else is shut.

No LED lights, no display no nothing. 

In my case what can be done. 

 

MY PC SPECS ARE:-

1)msi mother board -H97M-G43

2)INTEL-i5 cpu 4440 @ 3.1GHz 

3)16 gigs of RAM.

its most likely a hardware failure

im suspecting its either ur cpu or your ram thats stuffing up

u should check the ram your cpu is compatible with. eg. DDR3 1333mhz or 1600mhz or DDR4 3000mhz

I suck a typing, preparw for typos.
