Make an new volume

Search Create and format drives on windows

Click on the drive that you installed and press make new volume

So, I've built my PC and it's working great, but I have a second hard drive that I want to install, how would I do that? I plugged it all in with the power cable and the SATA cable but I can't find it as a drive in my settings or such. I am kinda new to Windows computers as my previous computers were Mac's. Here's the PCPartpicker link to my build .
