Full-screen flickering with dual screens

I've a strange issue.  I run my LG 21:9 (2560x1080 60hz) with a 24 inch Dell Ultrasharp (1920x1200 60hz).  When I attempt to have a fullscreen video running on the Dell both monitors begin to flicker, this continues until I disable the full screen. 

 

I've had this happen while I've had a borderless full-screen game running, and just now re-produced this issue, with only the video on the Dell running fullscreen, and the LG having nothing open at the time.

 

I'm running Windows 1064bit, all updates done, and latest Crimson drivers.

 

 

PC - NZXT H510 Elite, Ryzen 5600, 16GB DDR3200 2x8GB, EVGA 3070 FTW3 Ultra, Asus VG278HQ 165hz,

 

Mac - 1.4ghz i5, 4GB DDR3 1600mhz, Intel HD 5000.  x2

 

Endlessly wishing for a BBQ in space.

Been hearing a lot of this lately from both AMD and Nvidia card users. It seems to be an issue with HTML5 players, any other player you cold use to check?
