Intel HD Graphics 4000 update

Hi so my GPU is Intel HD Grpahics 4000 and I'm trying to update it to the latest version which is 15.13.(a bunch of other numbers) and my current version is 10.18(a bunch of other numbers) so I go into my computer properties, Device Manager and I click update driver and choose "Search automatically for updated driver software" and it says I have the latest graphics card driver installed on my computer. Which I can guarantee that's not true because according to Intel download center when I entered in all my details for the graphics card driver it said this was the version (15.13 etc.)

I tried a lot of things like manually installing the driver from their website and trying to run it, I downloaded Intel Driver Update Utility and tried searching it up online but never seem to find the answer. And and every time I tried any of those things it ended up telling me to restart my device then I do it but when I go into my Device Manager > Display Adapters and then double click my adapter it's still the same version.

So I tried all of those countless times but they never seem to work so any help?

If it's Windows 10, run Windows update. If not, you'll probably have to find and download the new driver from Intel's webapge.

It doesn't say that it has update for the graphics card the only two updates are here :

Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems
