water cooled cpu

Hi I have an xspc 240mm rad cpu water cooling system. Originally i had fan in take at front and vent from top and rear. Causing cpu to run hot. And 40-60 celcuis and 4.7ghz. I switched the flow around now cpu at 30-40 at 4.4ghz but graphics cards around 60-70 degrees. Im wanting to keep cpu temps down and gpu down. Just wondering if i have cpu fan top mount rad intake and rear fan exhaust and hanving front fans intake and bottom fan exhaust will keep temps down. Exhaust fans will have more cfm out the intake fans
