Screen having multiple horizontal lines

Hi, I think I'm having some issue with my graphic cards. Just now the screen just went into white screen and it hanged. After restart it shows me the black screen only.

I have reformat the windows and after that I'm seeing some horizontal lines on my screen.

 

After that I have re-installed the graphic driver and the issue wasn't resolve. It went into black screen again after driver installed. Is this graphic card dead?

Dying GPU or badly connected GPU or RAM. Try to reseat them

I've reseat ram and GPU.. still the same

I've tried to reinstall the GPU driver... still cant it will go into black screen again guest it's time for a new GPU...

Then dying GPU so try to RMA it and if they don't respond then look at linus video about how to revive dead PC component

can you put a dvd player up and see if this still happens ? or another media if possible .

Maybe just the cable. I never had a GPU "dying". Its *bam* dead.

Its dying GPU. Btw what is your GPU? If it is an old thing like 8800 GTX try ovening it.

It's amd hd 7850... around 4 years old

and may I ask what GPU are you using?

I've tested with my laptop it's totally fine with the monitor.
