Pc crashed, adobe flash files gone. help!!

Guys!! I need help, My computer crashed and my .fla files are gone and I'm unable to find them! and I have an assignment hand in by Sunday night and it affects my GPA by a lot :/ is there a way to find a recovery file? stupid thing is that I didn't save my file as I don't usually turn off my computer but it'd be great if anyone could help.

i'm sure it's gone,don't know flash though maybe there's an autosave somewhere but i wouldn't count on it
