windows iso files

I am trying to get windows iso files for windows 7 pro and 8 is there anyway to get them without product key Im trying to make a usb drive for work

Not through Microsoft, you need a key for them. You can find some direct downloads for them, or various torrents, but there's some risk involved as malicious content can be injected into unofficial sources.

it's doing it to me to. I just got it  from there again a few weeks ago...

If you simply torrent a copy of the iso (completely legal as long as it doesn't have any cracks or modifications to it designed to make it free) from a reputable uploader on piratebay or kickasstorrents you shouldn't have any problems.
