http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5346#ov it has exactly one system fan header, you'll either need to find another mainboard or get a front panel fan controller.

1 CPU fan header, and one chassis fan header according to the specs listed on Gigabytes website.

It has one CPU Fan and one System Fan.

 

Either get a spliter for additional fans.

Lol i didn't even know these things existed, that thing is pretty cool. So he could also get that.

Plug 1-6 3 or 4 pin fans into the sides. Then plug the SATA cable, and PWM signal cable into the appropriate sides. Connect SATA cable to one coming from your PSU, and the signal cable to your motherboards chassis header. The control fan will be the one in the white header.

 

Unfortunately they can't be controlled independently, but that's a limitation that can't be worked around without using something like a USB interface.
