Quick Motherboard Question

I have an Asus X99-A motherboard, and an i7 5820k.

I currently have one GPU installed. I plan to buy a second one soon, along with an M.2 SSD.

My question is: Can I use both GPUs, the M.2 Card, and a seperate Wifi Card in a PCI-E 2.0 slot?

Space is not an issue, but will it work? I cannot use the Ethernet port as I rent my house, and I can't have a 20 foot ethernet cable keeping doors open 24/7, nor can I move the router. The Wifi card has a desk based aerial, which means the signal is excellent. When using a USB adapter, signal was terrible.

As long as you have enough slots and enough wattage, why not?

See how many PCI lanes your board and CPU supports. I know that on some boards you can't use the m.2 slot and specific PCI slots at the same time. I believe that board with that CPU supports up to 28 PCI lanes and the M.2 drive uses 4.
