SSD full?

I recently did a backup of my laptop onto my main PC's SSD which completely filled it with 2GB to spare, 

After everything was all working good I deleted the Backup and emptied the trash , and my SSD still says it only has 2GB free , 

If i try to add new files or download anything I get the "Disk is full" error.

Is my backup still somewhere on my drive?
