1-2months ago I had 20-30 ping and recently its risen to 100> all games. I am through Ethernet, and have tries millions of things over the internet. please help, please, some things that might help:

Give your ISP a call and see if there are similar complaints, could be on their end.

Definitely on their end, looks like congestion or a routing problem. The latency is increased before it reaches Google on hop 5:
