950 Pro locking after raid arrary creation

Ok. so I have 2 1 Tb 850 Evo's I setup on a RAID 0. However when ever I enable Intel Rapid Storage and Rebuild the drive my m.2 Boot device locks up and I get "inaccessible_boot_device". I then am forced to flash BIOS in order to boot to windows. Can anyone tell me what is going on because I am completely lost.

Wait. Do you have two 850 Evo's. Or 950 Pro?

Both, 950 Pro is my Boot Drive and 850's are my storage array

Are you trying to raid a 850 Evo with a 950 Pro? I don't think that you can do that.

No I have a total of 3 drives. 1 950 Pro that I am using to boot from, and 2 850 Evo's that I am raiding together.
