i am planning to make a new pc with the intel core i5-6500, but i am not sure what motherboard i should use. i am not going to spend more than 100 euro's. doesn't matter if it is DDR3 or DDR4. but i want USB 3.0. please help me.

You need DDR4 if you want to go with the i5 6500.

 

There are tons of motherboards under €100, primarily with the H110 or B150 chipset. Most of them if not all have USB 3.0. Just pick one with the features you like.

If you're not overclocking (which you can't with the i5 6500) the type of mobo you chose doesn't really make that much of a difference.
