Yeah 220 to 250 $ sounds about fair if the hardware is fine. Or you could make a home server out of it :).

This, the FX-8350 is still a very capable processor especially when all its threads are utilized (such as in a home server). No need to get rid of it if you don't absolutely need the money.

I have an i7 4790k I don't think I am going to need an 8350 any time soon

Lol, that wasn't my point... I specifically agreed with and stated that you could use it as a media center. Just pop in some storage and set up like Plex or something and you have yourself a personal media server that you can stream off of in your home or out.

ah well either way I in general have no use for it but thanks for the extra options and ideas
