I have a few questions :

 

What pci is this orange slot?

 does it support a gtx 750ti or a 950ti?

 Will the q6600 be a bottleneck?

What are the psu requirements?

However... 950Ti doesn't exist (yet).

It is a PCIe slot, so it should support GPU's PHYSICALLY.

 

Can't tell for sure whether it is actually compatible without knowing the motherboard's model/specs.

 

EDIT: googled EG31M, it's a PCIe x16 slot, probably gen 2. it should be fine.

Yup! Any PCIe video card. Wattage requirements are subjective to the card and sometimes the specific model that the manufacturer pushes out.
