I would definitely go with a different PSU. While I do not know the difference between the RM550 & RM550X I do know that most of Corsair RM SKUed PSUs are lower end ones. The RM550 falls into tier 3 of the PSU tier list over at Tom's. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html I would suggest going for something from tier 1 if you plan on doing any heavy overclocking & something from tier 2 if you plan on running stock or just lightly OCing. Of course this heavily depends on the specs of build as well, if a 550w PSU is close to the actual power you need to run your rig you'll need to go with a little higher wattage PSU for OCing.

what is the diferrence between them?

RMx uses full Japanese caps while the RM has secondary Taiwanese/Chinese caps (which are usually lower quality).

BTW, you can net a top tier PSU like the EVGA SuperNOVA 550 G2 for the price of an RM 550.

Sesonic m12ii 520w is better then corsair rm 550w?

While the M12II-B 520 may offer better capacitor choice, the RM series will offer superior electrical performance, efficiency, quieter (fan not as susceptible to bearing noises, a more relax fan profile), warranty service (in the US, I found Corsair address RMAs quicker than Seasonic), etc. It's also a fully modular unit, where the M12II-B is semi-modular (unless we are talking about the Evo model). If they are in the same price point, I would go with the RM personally.
