Artifacting? Problem?

So lately when I have been playing games I've been getting weird texture issues. I'm not sure what triggers it but it's happened in 3 different games now but the only way to fix it that I know of is to restart my game. I am not sure what it is if my card is dying or if it's a software issue. This is what is looks like: EeZTRxq.jpg

if you're on the latest Nvidia driver, roll back.

use DDU and download 361.75

GPU isn't overclocked and the temps on GPU didn't get higher than 71 and CPU didn't get higher than 50 degrees
