Underperforming GPU

So this is the results of my 980ti, clearly something is not right. I upgraded from a 780 ti and its at least 2000 points more than this... Also I noticed my temps only reach 66 degrees (usually my GPUs hit 90)  and my power % is at 50% constant. This is my first time using msi after burner after reading some bad things about GPU tweak maybe i messed something up?

Thanks! I alt tabbed out of the benchmark to check gpu z and saw that the core clock was at 595hz (as opposed to 1500hz), apparently its running in some sort of safe mode if the overclock fails. I just lowered my OC and now it works.

you're welcome

sometimes the gpu will underclock itself after it crashed from a failed OC, have fun overclocking :D
