mysterious liquid on motherboard

hello,

i have a computer , and yesterday when i tried to turn on the computer, but suddenly no reacts, the pc is still off with no sign of life.

so i tested the PSU, and the PSU worked fine (using paperclip attach to greencable with black cable, and the system fan went online.)

so it means my mobo is dead? I've tried unplug ATX and 24pin but nothing. No beeps too.

and after that i noticed something weird, here :

near PCH word, you'll see some sparkling liquids.

here too, near PSU.

its feel like oily thing.

but i never put anything near my pc, so no liquid spills....

I think you have fried your motherboard. This is most likely the epoxy that holds your ICs, transistors or voltage regulators inside their black package. This stuff comes off whenn the chips get too hot or if they are shorted out.

@Chris Yahya Maybe one part stopped working and took other components with it...

Something gone bad on the mobo was causing my BIOS to get corrupted (yes even the backup)

So I had to go Z97 because where I live there were no more Z77 mobos.

cant claim warranty?

well, so i need to buy new...

well my current specs is :

intel i5 2400

gtx 970

8GB ram corsair vengeance (I've decided to upgrade it to 16GB)

cx500 PSU

whats your recommendations--

1. Buy a new LGA1155 mobo (but I've heard LGA1155 manufacturer has discontinued their products?)

or

2. Upgrade?

@Chris Yahya I don't think it could be repaired... Probing stuff really isn't fun when mire thann one part is dead... I'd go for a used LGA 1155 MoBo since they are pretty cheap.
