My pc specs are:

MSI AMD R7 370 Gaming Graphics Card (4 GB, OC, PCI-E 3.0, GDDR5, DVI-I, HDMI)

Intel Core i7 i7-4790K CPU (Quad Core 4GHz, Socket H3 LGA-1150)

Corsair CW-9060021-WW Hydro Series H100i GTX High Performance All-in-One Liquid CPU Cooler - 240 mm Radiator

DDR3 32GB RAM (4x8)

 

*With this would i be able to run games wile streaming HD at least 720p 60fps?

yes because the CPU is a really good i7 so it can run games and stream at the same time.

For expedience, here it is and I made sure that it was in €s by going to PCPP Deutschland.

If you do need Windows or peripheral(s) you could go for a cheaper Mobo and drop the SSD.

Im am taking some parts like storage from my old pc and i have already both Motherboard ,Case and have only 750Euro to go will be done by the end of summer 2016
