My PC decided to be terrible today. I noticed some dust on my fans, and decided to clean them. I opened up my PC, and grabbed my can of compressed air. I cleaned my fans, and my power supply fan. (Not sure if I cleaned my power supply fan correctly.) I closed my PC, and booted without a problem. I rebooted, and the lights turned on, my fans started spinning, then my drive started spinning. Then everything turned off and the process repeated itself 3 more times before booting. After I finally got into Windows, everything seemed fine. I started to play a game, then there was really loud static for about half a second, then my PC completely crashed. I hit my reset button, then the same thing that happened earlier happened again. My fans and lights turned on, my drive started spinning, then everything turned off. There's nothing on the screen when this is happening, and I haven't gotten it to boot at all since then. This is the first time I've ever experienced this kind of issue, and I'm completely clueless about what's happening. Help would be much appreciated.

What you describe is potentially a bad thing. You may have done something bad to the power supply when you blasted it with compressed air. Have you tried using another PSU to see if the problem goes away.

Generally speaking you should lock up the fan rotor before cleaning it and make sure the PC is fully powered off before starting and obviously never stick metal bits into a power supply as even the internal heatsinks can be at line voltages or higher (APFC boost).

I prefer using a vaccum cleaner (no brushes unless you have an ESD vacuum like I have) instead of blowing the dust around everywhere. (locking up fan rotors is still required as spinning them extremely quickly can damage the mechanical bearing and cause electrical problems)

Does it turn on after a long amount of time currently?

If your motherboard has error codes or makes an specific sound from that mini speacker that hangs out from it, that could be a clue if something is wrong with the motherboard

Nothing happens when I press the power button except for what I mentioned earlier.
