PSU POWER?

Yeah that is actually overkill. Look in the top left and it tells you the wattage you need.

PCPP's wattage estimate isn't always the most precise.

True, but they are generally close give or take 100 watts. That is a lot normally but with this build even if PCPP was of by 200 watts the OP would still be good.

That's more than enough. To be honest, 650W should be enough, even if you are planning on doing OC. 750W if you want to be really safe, but probably still an overkill.

Unless you're planning to SLI, the PSU is overkill. Tone it down to the EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G2.

750W is really the max you want for one GPU IMO. Not that 850 won't work well, it's just if you go too high you'll be idling completely outside the rated efficiency curve.
