so as you can see there is some serious screen tear why doe? ;-;

btw sorry for the breathing, i was recording on my ipad so i had to move it back (like right up to my face xd) and my chair wheels don’t work that well on carpet so

any help is appreciated, specs are in the desc. the monitor is a 60hz 1920x1080 acer monitor no sure which exactly sorry
