Skyrim mods

So I'm wondering if anyone has a specific mod that comes to mind when I say I really like hearthfire, the whole building your home by collecting recources and dat kinda stuff. I'm not excluding new build it yourself mods(as in not hearthfire extensions), but extensions to the three hearthfire base homes are also nice.

 

Also, I'm experiencing a shitton of microstuttering cause I can't stop this GPU, so I've got room for demanding mods. Not an a whole package like requiem do, pls.

though i think you might find more mods that's about community in skyrim,like conversation overhaul of npcs or something like that

Comes to my mind, but I get the feeling that you meant to say including instead of excluding.   However the Windstad mine in basically right outside the windstad manor's front door.

yeah sorry about that, my mistake. I basiccly meant I don't care if it's a hearthfire extension or not, the only thing I care about is that it's as simple as hearthfire was.
