posting screenshot

So, I'm trying to post a screen shot of my VR readiness, but when I paste the screenshot into the message, it says that I am using a message with formatting and need to remove ir.

I'm sure this is pretty simple, but its making me a little crazy.  Any ideas?

You attach the image file with the thing at the bottom of the text editor, then it gives you the option to insert it into the message.

All links pasted from another sites (or any text) will have that message. You can as well remove formatting. All links ending with image extension (.jpg, .gif, .png etc.) will be seen as images. If not, you can try to paste link again.

You can also use something like Puush or Lightshot for screenshots. It works great as well.
