Will it reach?

Wasn't sure if I should put this in the GPU Section or case section, but I had a question.

 

I am getting parts for my new build today and trying to figure out how to set up my 2x 980 TI Hybrid Rads in my Phanteks Luxe. Does anyone know if it'd reach the front? I might just end up putting them on the bottom, even though it might not look as nice.

 

I have a 280mm I'm putting at the top, so I could fit one with it probably and then one at the back, but I think that'd look worse.

 

Any ideas where to put it? Or would it reach the front?
