I own a amd a10 7870k and i have a gigabyte f2a88xm board and im not sure what my problem is. I over clock my processor to around 4.4ghz on 1.5v but lately when i try to do that i get a WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. I read that giving more volage helps but i did that and went up to 1.53V and still got the error, i have a arctic liquid freezer on the way to replace the arctic alpline 64 plus in it right now. So is the cooling a probable factor or something else?

Did you try a lower clock at all? Some chips just cant be over overclocked much at all. Try starting at like 4.2 and work your way up incrementally.

4.2 works perfectly on stock voltages, but what is weird is that some days it will last on 4.4 on 1.5v but somedays it wont stay a few seconds

Unfortunately you just have a chip that cant be OC'd much. It isnt stable at 4.4 obviously. I have a 4690k that I can only get stable at 4.4 while I see people saying all the time they get 4.6 or 4.7 stable on them. Sucks but thats just how it works sometimes.

It might be, but then again it crashes around the 12°C thermal margin on overdrive. So maybe when my new cooler comes it will help, but even if it doesnt, ill still have a really cold cpu running.
